1960s

The company was started in 1969, when Kauko Kauppinen's sister's husband came to talk to Kauko about buying a used combine harvester. The men went to Jyväskylä to buy a combine harvester, but they couldn't find one there. However, the salesman there told them that there were used ones in Turku. Due to the larger farms in Southwest Finland, there were more used combines for sale there. So the men went to Turku and a combine harvester was bought for the sister's husband. At the same time, Kauko also got excited about buying a combine harvester, as he thought it was suitable. When the combine harvester arrived at the farm, the old landlady Anna had said that this kind of farm (6 ha of field) didn't need a combine harvester. It was a petrol-powered MF 630 bag combine harvester with a cutting width of 1.75 meters. Kauko harvested with it in the autumn, after which a buyer appeared for it and Kauko decided to sell.

1970s

In 1970, Kauko bought another combine harvester and sold it. This was the beginning of small-scale trading as a sideline to agriculture. In the 1970s, the main product was combine harvesters. In addition, some tractors and agricultural machinery were sold. The machinery was mainly purchased from southern and southwestern Finland and sold to the surrounding area and towards Savo.

1980s

In 1981, an old pigsty was renovated into a repair shop. The pigsty had come from a farm shop 2 km from home. It had a part-time mechanic who mainly repaired used combine harvesters. In 1989, a hall was built in Niemisjärvi.

1990s

Operations in the new hall began in 1990. The repair shop was rented to an outside entrepreneur, who also repaired Konemyynn's machines. They also started importing used hay machines from Sweden and Denmark and new balers from Italy. The outside entrepreneur left the repair shop in 1997. A fitter was hired in 1998 and the repair shop has been in their own use ever since.

2000s

In 2000, we started importing used excavators from Central Europe and England. We imported excavators for about 10 years and have now stopped importing them and focused on tractors and agricultural machinery. In 2001, we signed a resale agreement with Agritek and started as a New Holland dealer in the Jyväskylä area. The company received the Hankasalmi Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2006.

2010s

In 2012, a second mechanic started working at the workshop. In 2015, the company acquired its own semi-trailer truck for transporting machinery. Today, the company's operations consist of buying and selling used agricultural machinery, as well as selling new New Holland tractors, various brands of machinery, spare parts and accessories. The company also sells agricultural tires, hydraulic hoses and maintains and repairs customers' machinery. In 2016, the company began importing front loaders from Poland.

2020s

In spring 2020, the company completed a new repair shop in Niemisjärvi, with a 5,000 kg bridge crane. In 2025, a second office was established in Siilinjärvi, which also includes machine sales, a repair shop and spare parts sales.
